The Real Solution to Hear Your Best...
While Listening to Music

Harmony is designed to deliver all the details, layers, and complexities that make music so textured and rich.

  • The T-Mic® captures sound like a natural ear and is fully compatible with ear buds like those that come with MP3 players.
  • HiRes Fidelity 120®* delivers 120 spectral bands so that you or your child can hear more of the details that are needed for hearing music.
  • AutoSound™ continually adjusts the volume as you listen, ensuring you don’t miss a single note.
  • Harmony’s wide IDR enables you to hear more sound with less distortion so that it’s easier to hear music and make out lyrics and individual instruments.

In fact, an independent study shows that for listening to music, Harmony recipients prefer a wide IDR over a narrow IDR (programmed like Cochlear systems).5

REAL SCIENCE

Another study determined that Harmony recipients report a much higher degree of satisfaction than recipients using older technology when listening to music.7 For a richer hearing experience with music, choose Harmony from AB.

*HiRes Fidelity 120 is not approved for pediatric patients in the United States.

What is IDR?

Input Dynamic Range (IDR) is the range of the softest to loudest sounds that are heard by a sound processor. The wider the range, the more sounds you hear. Harmony’s AutoSound technology captures the widest range of sound of any cochlear implant system. With this wide range, you hear closest to the way normal-hearing people do, from a whisper to a shout.
