Spring is officially here! All over the country, people are gearing up to improve both their physical fitness and their hearing fitness. There are a variety of ways to “GET IN SHAPE” this spring and support your local hearing impaired community as well. Bike, Walk or Run your way to hearing fitness!

Workout in the Listening Gym
For the little ones, we also offer many different activities to stretch and build their ‘hearing muscles’ too!

Walk4Hearing
Throughout the month of May, participate in a walk in a city near you to raise awareness and funds for programs and services that HLAA provides for people with hearing loss.

Teen Yoga
A Long Island, NY support group offers yoga and pizza for teens with hearing loss, ages 12-17. Sign up for one session or all three! April 29, May 13 and May 27

Gears for Ears
A 24-hour bike ride to benefit the Speech and Audiology Department at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. If 24 hours on bike seems like a bit too much, participate in the Family Ride where kids of all ages join together for food and fun! April 30 - May 1
