The 60-day period begins on the day of the initial fitting/programming of your new or refurbished processor. Returns must be postmarked within 60 days of this date. The processor or processor kit must be returned in its entirety. Excessive wear and tear may result in a refurbishment charge. The trade-in processor does not need to be turned into AB until the 60-day period has passed.
