- Contact AB Customer Service at 877.829.0026 (TTY 800.678.3575) or start an online chat and ask for the 2009 Processor Trade-In Program
- Some insurance plans will cover the cost of a replacement sound processor. Provide your insurance information and AB will take care of all reimbursement paperwork. Individual coverage may vary.
- Let AB know if you need help with out-of-pocket expenses. Financing and payment plan options are available.
- AB will send your new processor directly to you and notify you when it has shipped.
- Return your current processor after the 60-day trial period.*
* A return authorization is required. Please contact AB Customer Service for this authorization. The 60-day period begins on the day of the initial fitting/programming of your new or refurbished processor. Returns must be postmarked within 60 days of this date. The processor or processor kit must be returned in its entirety. Excessive wear and tear may result in a refurbishment charge. The trade-in processor does not need to be turned into AB until the 60-day period has passed.
