Just log on to AB’s secure website, follow the automated, easy-to-understand instructions, and upload a SoundWave^™ file of your patient’s sound processor program. AB technicians will then load a replacement sound processor with your patient’s visit history of choice, placing programs in the exact slot location as the original processor. The fully loaded replacement processor will be shipped straight to your patient.
