In the event of an issue, AB products are backed by comprehensive warranties, as well as an exchange/refund policy for accessories. Should your warranty be set to expire or recently expired, AB offers peace of mind with an extended warranty to keep your system’s processor and headpiece covered.

Why Register Your AB Products?

Registering your products and accessories provides Advanced Bionics with the information needed to activate your warranty. By taking a few moments to fill out the downloadable registration form, AB will be able to service your warranty as quickly and efficiently as possible, minimizing any downtime and keeping you or your child connected to the world of hearing.

Experience Peace of Mind with an Extended Warranty

If your or your child’s current AB warranty or service agreement is set to expire, or has been expired for 60 days or less, consider extending your warranty or current service agreement with a new Service Agreement. For a fraction of what it would cost to replace a sound processor, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing you are still covered. 

Easy Exchanges or Returns

AB accessories are designed to give you or your child the performance, comfort, and style for taking part in daily activities. Should you need to exchange a product, AB’s Exchange Policy is outlined below:

  • If the accessory product is unused, unopened, and within 90 days of the date of purchase, AB will exchange the accessory product for the same product or a similar product at the same price. You may also choose a refund (minus shipping costs). AB does not charge a restocking fee.
  • If the accessory product is unused, unopened, and returned to AB, a full refund will be issued, minus the cost of courier shipping.
  • Unfortunately, AB cannot exchange or refund any accessory product that is opened, used or outside of the 90-day return policy.
  • Accessory products from a kit (usually supplied at or near implantation) are not exchangeable and cannot be returned to AB for a refund.
