Thank you for your interest in becoming a Bionic Ear Association (BEA) Mentor for Advanced Bionics. Our mentors, other volunteers, and Advanced Bionics staff help support many people considering a cochlear implant (candidates), people who already have cochlear implants (recipients), and their loved ones throughout their journey to hearing.
The attached application will help me learn more about you and what mentoring activities will be of interest to you. Please complete the application and submit it with the ‘submit’ button below.
You will begin mentoring by sharing your story with others in your daily life, by participating in support groups, and via social media. On occasion, I may ask you to participate in specific events and/or activities that I will discuss with you and/or you will receive training for.
