Yamile Díaz, M.A. joined Advanced Bionics in 2020 and is a Cochlear Implant Consumer Specialist. Yamile heads up support for cochlear implant candidates and AB recipients for South Texas. As a Cochlear Implant Consumer Specialist, Yamile enjoys sharing the hope of hearing through technology and innovation. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences and her Master’s degree in Spanish Linguistics at the University of Arizona. Yamile is fluent in English and Spanish.
Elizabeth Lujan, Au.D, CCC-A is a Clinical Specialist at the Advanced Bionics Hearing Center. She joined Advanced Bionics in May of 2019. She completed her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at El Paso. She graduated with her Doctor of Audiology degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences in Lubbock, TX. She currently holds a Texas Audiology license as well as the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Dr. Lujan completed her clinical internship at Southwest Ear, Nose, and Throat Consultants in El Paso, TX where she focused primarily on cochlear implant evaluation and treatment. She is originally from El Paso, TX and is fluent in English and Spanish.
