• Follow-up messages
• Billing inquiries
• Customer support text responses
• Customer care notifications
• Promotions or offers (if applicable)

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING BY LIMITING ADVANCED BIONIC’S LIABILITY AND WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO ASSERT CLAIMS ON A CLASS OR COLLECTIVE BASIS.

1. You may opt in to receive recurring support or promotional Texts from Advanced Bionics by texting Advanced Bionics support, submitting your information through our online form and ticking the consent box, verbally, during a conversation and/or by filling out a paper form. You consent to the use of electronic recordkeeping to document your opt-in consent. The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
2. By signing up to receive Texts, you certify that you (1) are at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside, (2) are the account holder of the mobile number you are enrolling, and (3) agree to these Terms and the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Autodialer or non-autodialer technology may be used to send Texts to the mobile phone number you enroll.
4. You understand that you are not required to consent to receive marketing Texts as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
5. Although Texts are complimentary, message and data rates may apply. Depending on your data plan, your carrier may charge you to receive Texts. You should contact your wireless provider with any questions about your text or data plan.
6. Generally, you will receive up to 5 Texts per month per subscription, but the number of Texts you receive may vary depending on your interactions with us.
7. You can stop receiving Texts at any time by replying “STOP” to any Text you have received, or by texting "STOP" to the number from which you received the text. Please note that we may send you one additional message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

9. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when you sign up for Texts, and that you will notify us immediately at customerservice@advancedbionics.com if you cease to be the account holder of the mobile number you provided to receive Texts.
10. Advanced Bionics does not guarantee the performance or availability of text messaging services, and is not responsible for delayed or undelivered Texts.
11. Advanced Bionics Texts may not be available in all areas or supported by all carriers or all devices. Participating carriers include: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and Virgin Mobile.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
